World Wide Trekking

Dean Cardinale (owner of World Wide Trekking and founder of HOP) started out with Snowbird Ski Patrol in 1993, and is currently an avalanche forecaster for Snowbird Ski Resort. He is also the President of the Wasatch Backcountry Rescue group and a certified avalanche instructor with the American Avalanche Association. As a guide, he has numerous back country, helicopter, and climbing trips in the USA, Alaska, Europe, Central America, Africa, and the Himalayas to his credit. Dean raced for the NCAA ski team at Keene State College, New Hampshire and graduated with a BS degree in Mechanical Design in 1992. On May 30, 2005 Dean summitted Mt. Everest and is currently working on a seven summits bid.
