Kilimanjaro climb / African Safari:

"If there was a rating service for Trekking/Adventure companies, World Wide Trekking would receive 6 stars out of a possible 5…it is just that excellent. Everything from the time that you book your trip until you are dropped off at the airport to return home is handled with a personal touch.

...When I have my next opportunity to take such an adventure vacation there is NO DOUBT that I will contact World Wide Trekking and Dean Cardinale to arrange it. I know it will be an excellent experience."

"Thanks for giving me the opportunity to experience a new part of the world with such and interesting culture and history. The summit of Kilimanjaro was more emotional than I expected. You were right when you said “the mountain will push you back but you just push right back.” The Safari has been fascinating and the visit to the bushman tribe was a once in a lifetime experience. We have done other trips with professional outfitters and I can say that you do it best- Top shelf all the way! Keep up the good work with the orphanage project."

"This trip has been great! Without your calm, steady sprit, and technical knowledge, neither of us would have been able to reach the top. You really helped us learn what climbing is all about and gave us a great sense of how important teamwork is. The camaraderie and assistance of your staff made the whole trip a very special experience. Thank you for everything!"

Nepal Trek:

"…The most memorable experience of the trek, was being one of only two people (the other being Geljen, my guide) to be standing on top of Island Peak, at 20,285 feet. It was an incredibly satisfying, spritual and exciting moment that will be with me the rest of my life.

Nepal will always be incredible. But having a guide and porter staff that you trust, like and respect makes the experience even more special. My guide, Geljen, is an experienced trekking and climbing guide, and this made me feel very safe on the Island Peak climb. He was knowledgable about the things I wanted to learn about during my trek including the Khumbu region and the beautiful culture of the Sherpa people. But more than that, Geljen and I quickly grew to be friends and I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. As a female travelling solo, it's cool that I can also say, without reservation, that I felt safe and supported during my three weeks in Nepal.

… I went with World Wide Trekking this time because I wanted to be sure to get an experienced guide that came with a good recommendation from someone I trusted. Dean has really good relationships with his guides and I trust his recommendation."

Kate Bennett

Utah Adventure Safari

"Wow-The Utah adventure was WOW - Where do I start? The canyons, Colorado River, the arches and balanced rocks - the scenery is beyond beautiful. The two BIG high lights - the two day Colorado river was great. One night we camped on a river ledge and then we rode a thrilling trip through the Cataract Canyon rapids the next day. The second highlight - the two cliff wall rappelling was heart stopping. I am so glad we did them. Overall a GREAT trip!!"
